Game data

Your save file, player records, staff records and club finances are not sent to the licensing service. Supported edits are applied locally to the loaded game. Save normally in FM to keep them. Back up your save before editing.

Purchases and licences

Stripe processes checkout and payment details. The licensing service keeps the purchase email, purchase and payment references, FM edition, licence records, refund or dispute status and activation records. Licence recovery uses the purchase email. Card details are not stored by the editor or its licensing service.

The app stores its licence and a randomly generated installation identifier in macOS Keychain. The service uses the identifier to manage the two-Mac activation limit. It is not a player or save identifier. An internet check sends the licence and installation identifier to the licensing service before each edit.

Email and service providers

Licence delivery and recovery emails use Resend. The licensing service runs on Vercel and stores licence records in Neon. These services receive the information needed to process the purchase, deliver email and validate the licence. Support email is hi@sherizan.com; licence emails are sent from hi@updates.sherizan.com.

Website and reliability

This website does not add analytics scripts, marketing cookies or a mailing-list form. Its font is served with the page. Hosting and payment providers may process standard request information to deliver their services. The licensing service uses a hashed request-address value for rate limiting and records operational errors without licence keys or request bodies.

Questions or data requests

Contact hi@sherizan.com about licence records or privacy. Use your purchase email so support can verify ownership. Do not send card details, passwords or your game save. Licence records are retained to support activation, recovery and payment-status handling; deleting an active licence may prevent further editing access.
